Homes with Room to Grow

To help boost sales for a slow-starting real-estate development, we took a different approach to real-estate advertising; don’t show the house, show the “home” inside. Rather than advertise product features through better CGI, we told human stories that use the house as the backdrop, rather than the hero.

The Results

Villanova’s properties were entirely sold-out in the months following the campaign.
